Our services extend to providing oversight for the pre-administration of awards for grants, contracts and other sponsored-related award instruments for federal and non-federal projects, including industry agreements.

- IIT Policy on Authority for Negotiation and Approval of Contracts
- Agreement for Consulting Services - For use when retaining a third party to render services to Illinois Tech and the services to be rendered will be funded pursuant to an award or grant. Must be processed through and issued by the Office of Sponsored Research and Programs (OSRP).
- Mutual Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement - Non-Disclosure agreements must be executed by the Director of the Office of Sponsored Research and Programs.
Prior Approval
Each agency has it's own requirements as to when prior approval is needed for a change on a project (i.e., revised budget, change in scope of work, etc. A table outlining prior approval requirements for select federal agencies can be found here
